บริษัท โตเกียว ซงโปะ คันเตอิ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด
Tokyo Sonpo Kantei (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
東京損保鑑定(タイランド)株式会社
Originally, the company was founded in July 1961 by 5 Loss Adjusters at Kandatsukasacho in
Chiyodaku, Tokyo under the name of Sanroku Sya Co., Ltd. In 1981, they altered
the
corporate name to TOKYO SONPO KANTEI Co., Ltd. and relocated their main office
to
Sotokanda in Chiyodaku, Tokyo. The company is currently a member of Loss Adjusters
Association of Japan.
Nowadays, the corporation consists of 2 branches in Japan, and a subsidiary in Thailand,
TOKYO SONPO KANTEI (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
As a result of a heavy flooding occurred in several provinces in the central part of Thailand
such
as Bangkok and nearby provinces in October 2011, there were not enough adjusters available. In
response, we, Tokyo Sonpo Kantei Co.,Ltd. of Japan, were invited and appointed by local Japanese
Insurers to survey and adjust the loss of their Japanese customers in Thailand. After we
finished
our work in December 2013, many Japanese customers in Thailand had yearned for our adjustment
service quality. Therefore, we decided to build up a subsidiary in Thailand by a group of our
most
experienced adjusters, who have been successfully working on the mentioned flooding, and
established
Tokyo Sonpo Kantei (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in March 25, 2014 with 4 million Baht of capital.
Since our establishment, we have conducted loss investigation mainly in Thailand and have also
provided value appraisal services for setting sum insured based on our experience gained in Japan.
In December 2019, we signed an MOU with PT. General Adjuster Indonesia, an Indonesian loss adjuster company
, to support loss adjusting services for Japanese companies in Indonesia. We also have a business partner
with JPL ADJUSTING SERVICES CO., LTD. based in Myanmar, which enables us to support loss adjustment in Myanmar.
In addition to value appraisals for setting sum insured, we can also provide public valuation appraisals
in cooperation with two affiliated public valuation companies in Thailand.
